Denson Apartments for Veterans – Durham

SECU Foundation partnered with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) to support the construction of Denson Apartments for Veterans by providing a zero percent construction loan to Community Alternatives for Supportive Abodes (CASA). Denson Apartments located in Durham, North Carolina, is an 11-unit permanent supportive housing development for veterans who are homeless and have disabilities. SECU Foundation teamed up with NCHFA for the loan to help CASA increase its capacity to serve the area’s veteran population.
