SECU Family House at UNC Hospitals

The SECU Family House provides a convenient, safe, and affordable haven to patients at UNC Hospitals who are receiving treatment for transplants, cancer, burns, trauma, and eating disorders. The facility also provides hospitality and support for family members and caregivers from all over North Carolina to reside while their loved ones are being treated. SECU Foundation supported this facility with a Challenge Grant for the original construction of the building in July 2005 and again in November 2016 to support the expansion of the facility to double the capacity.
