Kimbrell Apartments

SECU Foundation partnered with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) to support the construction of Kimbrell Apartments by providing Gaston Residential Services (GRS) with a zero percent interest construction loan for the project. Kimbrell Apartments, located in Gastonia, North Carolina, was designed to benefit low-income individuals with disabilities. GRS provides Kimbrell residents access to resources and support services through its partnerships with a variety of community service providers.
