The State Employees Combined Campaign is an annual workplace giving campaign that allows active and retired employees of the State of North Carolina to donate to charitable organizations in an easy and convenient manner.
SECU Foundation has supported the State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC) by providing multi-year funding for publication costs associated with the SECC Resource Guide, which contains the listing of approved charities.
