SECU Foundation partnered with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) to support the construction of the VanDrake Shelter by providing REACH of Macon County Inc. with a zero percent interest construction loan for the project. VanDrake Shelter is an emergency shelter that serves women and children who are survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in both Macon and Jackson counties.
