SECU Foundation has provided a $40,000 Mission Development Grant to 100 Black Men of Triangle East (100BMTE), a Wake County non-profit founded to improve the lives of Black youth. 100 Black Men of America, established in 1963, strives to improve the quality of life within communities while enhancing educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans. North Carolina chapters consist of Triangle East, Cape Fear, Charlotte, Coastal, and Greenville locations. The grant funds will address strategic planning, organizational sustainability, and fundraising.
