Our Mission Development Grant Program provides funding to organizations in need of capacity building assistance. The grant helps to conduct institutional assessments and coaching for specific areas to increase the capacity for program expansion and leadership development. The program began as a pilot in April 2017 to provide up to 5 grants, in amounts of up to $40,000 each to be awarded over a three year period. The program was renewed in November 2019 to provide up to 10 grants over the next two years in amounts of up to $40,000 each. Based on its success, the Mission Development Grant program became a fundamental element of our grantmaking in 2022.
