SECU Foundation awarded Alleghany Partnership for Children (APFC) a $40,000 Mission Development Grant to help the organization assess it strengths, strategize, and develop a financial plan to assist them in their vision of building a new Children’s Advocacy and Resource Center in Sparta. APFC currently provides services for children and families who are victims of physical and sexual abuse.
